Suffering stems from acceptance of our own reality as the primary consciousness. The overarching existence of God supersedes all realities, thoughts and consciousness. Being in Christ, and Him being in us, is how we are able to overcome the world, or rather, our temporary consciousness, our current reality. Through Christ, it is no longer us who live and breath, but rather, Christ in us. If he is at the core of our spiritual essence, and we have invited, humbled ourselves and allowed the Spirit into ours, we no longer belong to us. At that moment, we are His. His power is ours, His truth is ours, His promise is ours and His word is the enduring hope within us.
Our existence is extremely temporary. Those we love, those who love us, all are a vapor dissipating in the grand scheme of eternity. Does this mean that we don't remember those who aren't physically here? Does this mean we shouldn't care when someone who was here has passed on? Does this mean that we should end our current reality prematurely? Absolutely, not. Everything that happens, good and bad, happiness and sorrow, blessing and suffering, has to be filtered through Christ in us. He has temporarily given us possessions, knowledge, power and even people, placed into our life at appointed times; all of which we don't deserve on our own, but all for a singular purpose: to bring glory to His name, to allow us into His perfected future and to show others a better way to live in our physical Earth.
Suffering is a stairway to glory, true glory that only God provides, exudes and breaths. The people in our lives that are there in such brief moments point us back to his unbelievable love and essence, even after their time is gone. Without them, we would have never gotten a taste of joy, a glimpse of heaven or a slight sense of God's love for us. Is this to say God doesn't care that "bad things happen to good people" since life is fleeting? Of course not. He knows, far better than us, that we are more than our physical shell. What we see, feel, fall in love with, cry about and mourn over, in this life, is just another moment, just another journey, that this new Spirit in us will endure to experience things far greater than our human mind can process, and that in Christ, we truly can reach enlightenment.
Overall, does it even all matter? Do people matter? Does life matter? Yes, yes and yes! Each moment we experience is a gift to be treasured for as long as we're able. Every good and perfect gift is from above. The time we're allowed certain things are not up to us to decide and attempting to cling to those things or discern a deeper meeting from those those things, apart from God, is a waste. When all fades away, only one thing remains. The one essence and entity that was and is and always will be. The one who made it all, through whom and by whom we live and breath.
Some view all of this as mental weakness. Some see this pattern of thought as a way of coping with the difficulties of life. Some even see this as a way of escaping impossible topics such as premature death, abortion and suicide.

Future Glory
