Why do so many brilliant people kill themselves? Some people who've killed themselves had material wealth, spiritual stability, good health, high intelligence and great wisdom, yet were all plagued by their own selves, whether it be incorrect assumptions of never achieving certain goals, a positive outcome or whether the tragedy they've experienced, seen or taken part in had swallowed up the beauty that they failed to see. While these thoughts and feelings aren't unique, and while anyone who has depth of thought has probably conceived these ideas for their own end of existence due to various circumstances, the actual execution of that "desire" or "best" possible choice (at least within their minds) is technically the worst possible option as they are never the only person affected. As someone who has seen the darkness, wallowed in it and come out alive, I have discovered that there is always a positive end to any circumstance, no matter how horrific, and the positive end begins with a continued existence. There's a reason why rich and powerful people who've done unspeakable things continue to persist even when they've been exposed, condemned or seemingly serve no purposeful existence apart from themselves and their continuation of destruction and/or manipulated legacy; the reason is that they, no matter how horrible their actions, have understood that anything and anyone can turn from negative to positive, even if it's just for themselves. For someone who has done terrible things, this is sometimes easier to comprehend than for someone who has only ever struggled to survive, rather than manipulated and lied to thrive. Regardless of status or position in life, a positive outcome can always be created, generated, achieved or found. Unfortunately, this is just another area in which they have an advantage.
